La Coka Nostra's Slaine Appearing In New Ben Affleck Directed Film, "Gone Baby Gone"

  La Coka Nostra / Special Teamz member, Slaine, has teamed up with fellow Bostonites, the Affleck brothers, for Gone Baby Gone. The film is directed by Ben Affleck, and stars his brother Casey in the lead role. The film is an adaptation of a novel by the author behind Mystic River, and centers around the story of two private detectives on the the trail of a missing child. From the looks of the trailer, Slaine (seen at around 1:21) plays a local Boston hood also helping out with the case. The film also stars Academy Award Winner Morgan Freeman (“Million Dollar Baby”) and Academy Award Nominee Ed Harris (“Pollack”). - Pizzo
