Threshold Recordings Releasing Kool Keith "Sex Style Unreleased", Plus New Prince Po Project

    Kut Masta Kurt announced this week that he will re-team with long-time collaborator Kool Keith for the Sex Style: The Unreleased Archives. Although it wasn't until 1996 when Dr. Octagon was released, KutMasta Kurt was busy producing music with Kool Keith as far back as 1993. A few of these tracks have been floating around on fuzzy dubbed cassette tapes over the years and even a few have wound up on bootlegs, but now we officially get a chance to hear these archived tracks as intended.

    TomC3 Presents Saga Of The Simian Samurai  is a new collaborative consisting of producer TomC3 and lyricist Prince Po. TomC3, who produced last years acclaimed Project Polaroid featuring the legendary MC Kool Keith, teams up with former Organized Konfusion member Prince Po to create another classic, LO-FI adventure. Prince Po is at his finest, and there is never a dull moment with this musical team. throughout the album, they thoroughly explore new territory in the form of new flows and beats. A few friends drop in to provide support in the form of Hiero kingpin, Del tha Funkee Homosapien, on the track "ROCKLAND", and legendary DITC member, A.G, who is featured on the track "CAN'T STOP WON'T STOP". The album wouldn't be complete with out the bay area rhyme bomber Motion Man and Project Polaroid collaborator Kool Keith, as the drop a big one on "APOCALYPTIC MEDICINE" .
